Right to Suspend Services

Notice Period Before Suspension
A written notice (via email or WhatsApp) will be sent 48 hours prior to service suspension. If no response is received within that period, the service may be paused without further notice.

No Responsibility for Business Loss
We shall not be held responsible for any business loss, downtime, or damages resulting from service suspension due to non-payment.

Reactivation Charges
A reactivation or late fee of ₹500 or 5% of the project cost (whichever is higher) may be applied to restore suspended services.

Data Retention Policy
Project data will be retained for 15 days after suspension. If payment is still not received, we reserve the right to permanently delete all data from our servers.

Legal Action
Repeated failure to make payment may result in legal action and the recovery of dues through appropriate legal means.
